Great restaurant, centrally located, and fun atmosphere. Menu is thoughtfully contemplated and designed. Full bar. Kitchen delivers the goods with care. Food tastes SO good. I am impressed. Dine-in service is polite and friendly. Patrons are friendly. Facility is well maintained and clean. Restaurant is well run and managed. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Perfect spot adjacent to downtown Jacksonville with plenty of parking. Family friendly, with the hospitality and inclusion that generally runs most all businesses in Jacksonville, Texas. Be certain to save room for dessert. You'd be a fool to miss this restaurant's sweet offerings.

Great service in a unique building. Wife had the jalapeño filet which was excellent but expensive. I had the jalapeño pork loin that came out dry which was disappointing. The side dishes were surprisingly good (macaroni and cheese, asparagus, potato casserole, squash casserole). We’re going to try Sadlers again but order from the regular menu instead of the specials.

Took the family out for a great dinner! We all had something different and each of us enjoyed our meal. Our waiter was very attentive and took good care of us. Will definitely return and recommend for anyone. Update - My husband took me here for my birthday again. Still just as good all the way around from service to our food we couldn't ask for better!

We took out a group of 11 to Sadler’s last night and everything about the experience was top notch!! Everyone enjoyed their food, the service was impeccable, and though quaint, the atmosphere was so fun! I hadn’t eaten their food since 2015 when I worked in the oil and gas industry and we had Sadler’s cater our quarterly reviews and business meetings. It’s just as good now as it was then.

Interesting restaurant located in old jail. Server was efficient and friendly. Food was scratch cooking and very good. Pot roast was like mom's from the past.
