We tried out this place based on good recommendations. It didn't disappoint. The pizza crust was not thick but not to thin either. It was loaded with toppings. The service was great. They kept our drinks filled. It did not take to long to get our food either. We'll definitely come back again.

I had the chicken vegetables it was great! I have had this meal several times before and it never disappoints. The chicken is pounded thin, but it is moist and flavorful. There is angel hair pasta in this dish, but not an overloaded amount..which to me, is good. Service was outstanding with our table having 10 people and at lunch on a weekday! Servers are always hopping and have great attitudes!!

It took a good 20 minutes to get a server to our table. Food took a bit to come out, but one of the dishes was to blame, not the kitchen. Staff was friendly, food was Amazing!

The key lime pie is so good! I had the special tonight which was gnocchi in masala sauce….amazing! Mary was great and the owner came by several times to ensure all was good. The place was definitely filling up by the time we were done. Definitely a go to if you are in Jacksonville TX. We will be back!

Hands down the best spaghettini and Bolognese sauce I have ever had, anywhere, any time. Even better than my own! Well run, well managed, well staffed, and well ... just go! Service is polite, well trained, and amicable. Management is top notch. All incredibly hospitable and kind. I cannot wait to return to Roma Italian Bistro. You're a fool if you miss an opportunity to dine here if you're in Jacksonville, Texas!
