Excellent food and service. I wish I could remember the guy's name who served our table because he was phenomenal. My friends and I were visiting Jacksonville and chose to eat at Chili's on Friday night, Oct. 25th. The server was very personable and patient. The restaurant was clean and full of chatter, but not too loud to hear our own conversation. We'd definitely eat here again.

OMG, Staff was really fun, food was good, but they sat us in the kiddy area or something. There was a baby making somewhat funny noises, I laughed a couple times, but the family was ridiculously obnoxious about it, for like 10 minutes. So loud. Not sure what staff could have done, but I wish they would use all the seating in the restaurant instead of cramming everyone into on small section. Woulda been nice to have some space & breathing room from the people next to us. There were plenty of empty tables.

Good trip to Chili's. Our waitress Hailey was very busy this evening and did a good job of getting to us. We might have waited a little bit, but under the circumstances, it was acceptable. The food was good. We both had the 3 for me special. I had the smash burger it was nice and tasty. I like my burgers medium it was served well done. I didn't think to ask for it medium, nor was the option offered. You might want to add that to training if it's an option.

I gave the Chili’s Grill & Bar located in Jacksonville, Texas a two star rating because the food was really good but the employees (our server) was terrible. First, she took her own survey after an elderly customer paid with a credit card at her table. Second we only saw her twice. We had to ask for refills on the chips, we had to ask for refills on the salsa and we had to ask for refills on our drinks. Finally, I literally had to stand up and wave my hands in the air to get her attention to pay our bill. We will NEVER return to this location.
